All likeness (face/voice data) and user content are stored securely on Wix.com servers.
Identity verification data is processed by Yoti Ltd and not stored by Getlicense.ai.
Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe. We do not store credit card details.
We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your data.
5. Data Sharing
We only share your data with trusted third parties when necessary:
Yoti Ltd (KYC verification)
Wix.com (hosting & storage)
Stripe (payment processing)
We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Data Retention
Account & licensing data: Retained for as long as your account is active.
Biometric data (face/voice): Retained until you delete your account or revoke consent.
Transaction data: Retained for 6 years for legal and tax compliance.

If data is transferred outside the UK/EEA (e.g., by Wix or Stripe), it will be protected under GDPR-compliant safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
