Welcome to Getlicense.ai, operated by Big Cyber Group Ltd (Company number 09545218), incorporated in the United Kingdom. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

  • These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of Getlicense.ai (“the Platform”).

  • The governing law and jurisdiction of these Terms is the United Kingdom.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice to users. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • The Platform is available only to individuals who are 18 years or older.

  • Users must complete KYC identity verification through our partner, Yoti Ltd, before licensing their likeness.

  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms or failure to maintain an active subscription.

  • If a subscription lapses, all active licensing rights will be revoked.

3. User Roles

  • Creators: Individuals who license their likeness (face/voice) through the Platform.

  • Buyers/Clients: Brands, companies, or platforms who purchase such licenses for AI-generated content.

4. Licensing & Intellectual Property

  • Creators retain ownership of their likeness, images, and voice recordings.

  • By completing registration and KYC, creators agree to exclusively license their AI likenesses via Getlicense.ai.

  • Licenses may include allowed and prohibited categories of use (e.g., fashion, sports vs. alcohol, politics, adult content).

  • A license agreement is formed directly between the Creator and Buyer.

  • Creators may revoke licenses if the license agreement is violated by the Buyer.

5. Payments & Fees

  • Getlicense.ai charges a 30% commission on each license sale.

  • Creators are charged a $8/month subscription fee.

  • Refunds:

  • Creator subscriptions may be refunded if full registration (including KYC) and license contract creation are not completed.

  • Buyer purchases are non-refundable, as licenses are digital assets.

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

6. User Conduct & Restrictions

  • Buyers may only use licenses in accordance with the creator’s chosen terms of use specified in the contract.

  • Defamatory, misleading, or fraudulent use of licensed likenesses is strictly prohibited.

  • Misuse of the platform or violation of contracts may result in immediate suspension or termination.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Getlicense.ai provides the Platform “as is” and without warranties of any kind.

  • Getlicense.ai is not a party to the license agreement between Creators and Buyers and is not responsible for misuse of licensed content.

  • Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Getlicense.ai from claims, damages, or disputes arising from license use.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • KYC identity verification is processed through our partner Yoti Ltd.

  • Creator likeness (images/voice data) is stored securely via Wix.com.

  • Limited data may be shared with third parties (e.g., Wix.com, payment processors) to operate the Platform.

9. Termination & Account Deletion

  • Getlicense.ai may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

  • Creators may request permanent deletion of their accounts and associated data at any time.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

  • Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by law.
